The Aurora built-in griddle is designed to complete an outdoor kitchen suite of Aurora products. The griddle is perfect for outdoor cooking of everything from fried rice to fajitas to bacon and eggs. The expansive 30” x 18” cooking surface is powered by dual stainless steel burners providing up to 45,000 BTUs. A stainless steel cover is included and the griddle has the same cut out dimensions as an A660 grill or pizza oven.
